Swiss International Air Lines - Name correction
My phone autofill accidentally typed in the wrong name and they won't fix the error ,but instead are trying to convince me to buy another ticket and completely loose the entire $1500 ticket I have already purchased. The customer service people have attitudes and are worthless. They blatantly lie to me pretending they made the change so they can't get me off the phone and when you check back sure enough no change has been done. The ticket has my name with my fathers dob which is August 1946. I can't use the ticket even if i wanted to and he can't either. So the ticket is lost because of a typo. Will tell this story about Swiss to as many people I can for the rest of my life.

Rebooking

StaOn Feb. 8th I was refused boarding on a Swiss flight because of sickness and I was told to rebook for tge day after. I managed to to this after staying 3 HOURS on the line. The morning after I woke up very early to make on time for the rebooked flight and I have discovered that, after another unacceptable long discussion with the customer service and despite I had boarding pass the ticket was not issued. In 25 years of business travel and having experienced dozens of airlines,I have never experienced such a low level service
